Hauptwache at night, Frankfurt, Germany

Hauptwache is former guard-house which today stands in the middle of a square bearing its name considered by many to be the focal point of Frankfurt city, Germany. The baroque building was orginaly completed in 1730. Destroyed during the war, it is one of the few old buildings reconstructed.
